Prior to forming i-Abode Rachel worked with RE/MAX Country Properties and The Bean Group (largest independent residential real estate in NH).  She has developed new ways of attracting Internet buyers as well as flexible marketing plans for those selling.  Before pursuing a career in real estate she worked in High Technology sales/marketing for both multi-national and start-up companies.

Phil is a retired Captain for American Airlines.  Prior to American Phil managed public relations for the Hunt Companies in Los Angeles California and was a partner in International Jet Aviation, Inc.  He also held a real estate licenses in California and directed the restoration of historic homes.
